Hold socket connection

The TCPIP Adapter connects and closes a socket in TransmitWorkerThread::SendData(...) with every send message. My server, listening to the BizTalk, accepts reconnections only after 10 seconds. So messaging is blocked during this time. Any suggestions, how the socket could hold the connection ? I think of a static socket object per send location. During starting of a send location the connection will be opened and closed, when the send location is stoped. But I can't find an object monitoring the state of the send location. Of course, the number of TransmitWorkerThreads must be 1, to prevent simultanously writing data over the same socket connection. Please help. Thanks!
