Restrictions in the Adapter with many fast connections?

Hello,
i send 16.000 XML messages (in 6 sec.) via OneWay TCP and it works without a problem.
If I send 20.000 messages (in 10 sec.), I get a buffer overflow/error on the tcpclient (on the Windows Server 2008 there are no errors in the eventlog). At the moment, I don't know if it is an Adapter or a BizTalk problem or a Windows Server Problem.

After i had changed the Windows default dynamic port range for TCP/IP from 16384 ports to 45000 ports i get these error at 17.000 OneWay Tcp connections at a fast time.

Does anybody know about any restrictions in the Adapter or Windows Server 2008?

Thanks for your help!
Dennis
